Pearce Compaction Systems are manufacturers of Compactors & Balers for the waste and Recycling industry.

We have an exciting role for a MIG welder/ fabricator who will work assembling our machines in our workshop based in Verwood, Dorset

Duties and Responsibilities:

Predominantly welding - Starting with the smaller Balers.
Assembling Compactors and Balers.
Non welding activities e.g. some forming/folding, grinding and fabricatingAbout you:

Have a good knowledge of fabrication and site work in various aspects of metalwork
A self-motivated individual
Ability to work on your own.
Fork Truck Licence preferable.
Good communication skills
