Are you a passionate and reliable Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity? Whether you're seeking the flexibility of day-to-day supply or a consistent long-term placement, Simply Education is actively recruiting TAs to support our partner primary schools across Grantham and the surrounding areas.

We have regular openings across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 and are especially keen to hear from candidates with experience in supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups - including those with additional needs (SEN).

Roles Available:

Day-to-day supply to gain varied experience across schools

Long-term placements within supportive classroom environments

Full-time and part-time opportunities to suit your availability

1:1 SEN support roles and general class TA roles

Key Responsibilities:

Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons

Work with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning

Provide tailored support for pupils with SEN or additional needs

Assist with classroom preparation, routines, and organisation

Promote a positive learning environment and help manage behaviour

Foster pupil confidence, engagement, and progress

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Experience working with primary-aged children (school or nursery setting)

A caring, patient, and adaptable approach

Strong teamwork and communication skills

A passion for supporting learning and pupil development
