This role involves contributing to the development and management of reward and benefits activities aligned with our business objectives. THIS ROLE IS A HYBRID ONE WITH 3 DAYS IN THE OFFICE

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting the implementation of reward schemes and projects.
Managing annual reward processes such as salary reviews and bonus plans.
Conducting data analysis and producing dashboards.
Ensuring compliance with reward governance and processes.
Delivering annual pay reporting processes.Qualifications:

Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Experience in a fast-paced environment and ability to manage multiple priorities
