Job Title: Contract Behaviour LSA

Salary: £80 - £115 per day (depending on experience)

Successful SEN College provision is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Behaviour LSA to join their team in the London Borough of Greenwich. The successful Behaviour LSA / Youth Worker / SEN Child Support Worker / Parent with a child(ren) with SEN / HLTA/ Behaviour Mentor/ SEN TA will be responsible for providing high-quality support to students with a range of behavioural challenges, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, Anxiety, and other related conditions within the classroom. You will be pro-active, confident, able to build a strong rapport with children with strong communication skills (both oral and written)

Experience working with students with a range of behavioural challenges, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, Anxiety, and other related conditions.
Knowledge of EHCPs and SEN College Provision.
Ability to work 1:1 with students and implement behaviour plans and strategies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Relevant qualifications in education or psychology would be ideal
Provide 1:1 support to students with behavioural challenges, including those with EHCPs and SEN College Provision.
Work closely with teaching staff and other professionals to develop and implement effective behaviour plans and strategies.
Help students to manage their behaviour and develop their social and emotional skills.
Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for students.
Monitor and record student progress and behaviour, and provide regular feedback to staff and parents/carers.
Attend regular meetings with staff and parents/carers to discuss student progress and behaviour.
