The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

This is far more than a standard consultancy position - it's your chance to take ownership, lead from the front, and shape the next generation of Quantity Surveyors. As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will:

• Deliver high-profile projects from inception to completion across multiple sectors.
• Mentor APC candidates, sharing your expertise and driving professional growth within the team.
• Be trusted with significant responsibility in a business that values innovation, quality, and client care.

With a clear path to Associate level and beyond, this role offers autonomy, visibility, and the ability to make a real impact.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

• RICS Accredited degree (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
• MRICS ideally
• Successful track record delivering projects from start to finish
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy/PQS firm
• Strong pre & post contract experience
