Cluster Supported Living Manager Location: Strood & Enfield (this role is based over 2 locations; you will be based in Stood for 4 days per week and Enfield for 1 day per week) Salary: £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience Hours of Work: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm About the Company: Our client has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Peripatetic Supported Living Manager.
This exciting and varied role is perfect for a dedicated and resilient individual with a person-centred focus, the ability to problem solve, manage financials in a business environment, implement and maintain standards set by CQC and the Local Authority as well as coach and develop the team in line with Protea Care’s values.

Cluster Support Living Manager Responsibilities: Managing a team to support vulnerable adults with learning disabilities and mental health diagnosis.
The Cluster Manager will be responsible for all aspects of running our 4 bedded service in Kent and our 3 bedded service in Enfield.
Ensure the staff team enable service users that our client supports to lead a valued, improved quality of life and work towards outcome focused goals.
Cluster Supported Living Manager Requirements: IT literate Previous management experience Manage and lead a team Flexible and adaptable approach Working understanding of CQC kloes Person centred focus Ability to problem solve Able to budget Ability to liaise with the local authority and CQC The Service Users dignity, respect and choice are the core of all that we do.
