RG Consultancy are delighted to be partnering with an excellent company based in Wigan who are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to join their team.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, this Payroll Manager role will be solely responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of multiple payrolls.

Duties include:

• Processing end-to-end payrolls weekly and monthly for approximately 300 staff
• Collating weekly timesheets
• Processing new starters and leavers
• Administration of pension and liaising with pension provider as required
• Liaising with HMRC as required
• Assisting with year end process, P11Ds, P60s
• Identify and implement process and system improvements
• Assisting with posting of payroll journals

This Payroll Manager role is ideal for someone who is experienced in a stand alone position and is used to running multiple end-to-end payrolls. Experience with elements of HR and general accounting would also be an advantage. They can be flexible on working hours and would consider reduced hours for the right candidate.
