About the Role
Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to work on a long-term supply basis in the Bodmin area. This role will involve providing 1:1 support to children with a range of abilities, helping them access learning, build confidence, and thrive within the classroom environment.

We are looking for someone who is patient, adaptable, and passionate about supporting children in their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 support to pupils with varied learning needs and abilities
Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
Support pupils with academic tasks as well as social and emotional development
Adapt activities to meet individual learning needs
Foster a positive, supportive, and safe learning environment
What We're Looking For

Experience working with children in a school or similar setting (preferred but not essential)
A caring, patient, and proactive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Full-time availability is preferred, though part-time applicants will also be considered
A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle would be advantageous
