Reed HR are looking for an experienced HR Advisor or HR Manager to join our client for a short-term assignment supporting ER casework, restructure activity, and providing advisory guidance to senior stakeholders.

What you’ll do:

• Manage ER cases confidently
• Support restructure processes
• Provide clear, practical HR advice
• Work closely with senior leaders

This role is perfect for someone who can hit the ground running and deliver quickly.
