We’re currently recruiting for a fantastic full-time SEND Lecturer role based in West Norwood, starting in September 2025 and running until August 2026.?? Key Details:

• Location: West Norwood
• Contract: September 2025 – August 2026
• Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week
• Pay: £200 per day

? Key Requirements:

• Recognised teaching qualification 
• Minimum Level 2 in literacy and numeracy
• Proven teaching or relevant industry experience
• Experience supporting learners with medical or health needs
• Ability to plan and deliver sensory-based lessons
• Excellent organisation and communication skills

?? Ideal Candidate Will Also:

• Have experience working with learners who have limited communication skills and may display challenging behaviours
• Remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations, fostering a safe, positive learning environment
• Be able to evidence progress made toward EHCP outcomes through differentiated support and learner-centred teaching strategies
