Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality, tailored teaching to students with SEN.
* Collaborate closely with staff to ensure effective support for students.
* Track and monitor progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and confidence.
What We're Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA).
* Proven experience working with students with SEN.
* A flexible, patient, and creative approach to teaching.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with staff and students.
