Lead the operational and regulatory performance of the Worthing branch
Ensure full CQC compliance and deliver exceptional care outcomes
Support and develop a high-performing care team and office staff
Drive business growth by building strong local networks and referrals
Deliver a consistently high standard of service to all private clients
Oversee recruitment, staff development, and rota management processes✅ You'll Need:
Experience as a Registered Manager, Care Manager, or similar senior role
Strong understanding of domiciliary care and care compliance
Ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams
Proven experience managing or growing private home care services
Level 5 Health & Social Care qualification or willingness to work towards
