A great opportunity for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join a growing, independent consultancy with a broad and varied project portfolio across the UK.

Our client is an RICS-regulated practice led by experienced chartered professionals, with a strong reputation for quality service and high levels of client satisfaction. Despite being a relatively young business, they have quickly built a solid client base and a pipeline of repeat work — a real indicator of the quality of what they deliver. Based in King's Cross, they are well connected and centrally located, with projects spanning the length and breadth of the UK.

The Role

You will work across a diverse range of projects and sectors — including commercial, residential, education, heritage, mixed-use and fit-out — supporting the delivery of quantity surveying and cost management services on behalf of clients.

Responsibilities will include:

* Cost planning and estimating

* Procurement and tender management

* Valuations, variations and final account

* Employers agent and contract administration support

* Client-facing liaison and reporting

The Candidate

* Quantity Surveying experience gained on the consultancy / client-side

* Exposure to a range of project types and contract forms

* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline

* Working towards or interested in pursuing MRICS chartership

* Personable, self-motivated and comfortable managing your own workload
