Being the great surveyor that you are, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating the condition of building fabric and mechanical and electrical (M&E) installations across our garrisons. Your insights will inform our long-term lifecycle planning, ensuring that our facilities remain resilient and efficient. You’ll be at the forefront of identifying risks, analysing performance trends, and conducting root cause analyses in the event of failure.

Your main responsibilities will include ensuring strict compliance with ADSL's QHSE policies and procedures by conducting thorough inspections of assets on the Garrison. You will compile detailed survey and condition reports to identify necessary improvement works, carry out surveys as per the PPM schedule, and assess room environmental conditions.

In your role, you will conduct RFHI surveys after receiving appropriate training, interpreting building survey information, and evaluating building conditions based on various data sources. You must be able to investigate complex building faults, provide recommendations for rectification, and demonstrate a strong understanding of our Company Values.

It is crucial to produce high-quality reports that accurately reflect asset conditions and communicate effectively with others. Collaboration with team members, stakeholders, and external partners is essential. By maintaining a customer-centric approach and delivering exceptional services, you will enhance the overall quality of work and contribute to continuous improvement through learning and development opportunities.

You must have a NQF Level 4/5 in a relevant subject and a recognised Technical Institute membership. In addition to this you must have proven experience carrying out M&E plant and building Condition surveys and Building Regulations.

Salary - up to £42,200
