Artis Accountancy and Finance are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Management Accountant to join a forward-thinking leadership team. This is a key role within a well-established automotive retail group, providing critical financial insights, supporting operational performance, and driving profitability across multiple sites.

Senior Management Accountant Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and present monthly management accounts with insightful variance analysis
* Business partner with operational leaders to support decision-making and identify growth opportunities
* Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
* Monitor KPIs and deliver financial performance reports
* Ensure compliance with internal controls, processes, and industry standards
* Drive continuous improvement in financial systems and reporting tools
* Mentor and support junior finance team members

Senior Management Accountant Experience and Qualifications:
* Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent)
* Significant experience in the automotive retail sector is essential
* Strong analytical skills with a proactive, problem-solving approach
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Proficient in financial systems (e.g., Kerridge/CDK, Sage, Excel)
* Able to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume retail environment
