Southern Sales Manager - Retirement Living

£50,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE c. £65k)
Full-time | Monday-Friday | Regional Role - South / Cotswolds & South London

Are you an experienced Sales Manager in retirement or later living? Here's a unique opportunity to lead a small, engaged team across two established retirement living developments - where your leadership, experience, and relationship-building skills will directly impact sales success and customer satisfaction.

This is an additional hire, not a replacement. The team, structure, and commission plan are already in place; all that's needed is a leader to drive results, coach a strong team, and deliver a consultative, customer-first sales experience.

  • £50,000 basic + £500 per completion (OTE c. £65k based on 30 completions).

Work-Life Balance

  • Monday-Friday, 36 hours/week with occasional pre-planned weekend events.
What you'll do:
  • Lead, coach, and motivate your sales team.
  • Manage the full sales pipeline, from enquiry to completion.
  • Improve conversion rates and ensure targets and forecasts are met.
  • Be visible on-site, leading key customer conversations.
  • Collaborate with marketing for events, campaigns, and local engagement.
  • Travel between two southern sites (all travel fully expensed).
What will help you succeed:
  • Proven sales management experience, coaching-led, not micromanaging.
  • Background in retirement living, later living, or related property sectors (new build, residential, care homes).
  • CRM discipline and pipeline management expertise.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Driving licence & access to a car (travel covered).
