We're seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager who can not only lead day-to-day activities but also bring fresh ideas, implement process improvements, and drive operational efficiency. You'll be instrumental in setting up and fine-tuning warehouse systems, introducing best practices, and leading a small, dedicated team in a dynamic environment.

What You'll Do:

Lead and support all warehouse operations - from goods-in to dispatch
Implement and optimise warehouse processes and layout
Drive continuous improvement in quality, efficiency, and safety
Coordinate closely with production, planning, and procurement teams
Manage and mentor a small team of operators with a focus on development
Take a hands-on role when needed - it's a small team so everyone pitches inWhat We're Looking For:

Proven experience in warehouse leadership, ideally in a manufacturing setting
A passion for process improvement, lean principles, and operational excellence
Comfortable working in a small team and contributing beyond your job title
Strong organisational and communication skills
Working knowledge of Health & Safety and warehouse systems
