Day-to-day of the role:
  • Support the delivery of educational activities within Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2.
  • Assist in preparing and setting up resources for lessons and activities.
  • Work closely with teachers to monitor the progress of students and provide targeted support where necessary.
  • Help maintain a safe, tidy, and inspiring classroom environment.
  • Support the development of students’ social and communication skills.
  • Participate in training and development sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience working with children in a school setting, particularly within Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to supporting teaching and learning.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
