Day-to-day of the role: - Support the delivery of educational activities within Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2.
- Assist in preparing and setting up resources for lessons and activities.
- Work closely with teachers to monitor the progress of students and provide targeted support where necessary.
- Help maintain a safe, tidy, and inspiring classroom environment.
- Support the development of students’ social and communication skills.
- Participate in training and development sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Experience working with children in a school setting, particularly within Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to supporting teaching and learning.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
