cer Financial are a specialist financial services recruitment company. We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our support team.

It is important that you have some proven experience in support administration. This experienced will be packed by a positive personality and a "can do" attitude. A level of competency in the Microsoft office packages is imperative. Backed with a decent typing speed and competent spelling ability.

Your core duties will include:

  • answering the telephone in a professional manner and passing accurate messages.
  • Typing candidate CVs for presentation to our clients.
  • Searching job boards for relevant candidates.
  • Preparing and exporting marketing mailers to both candidates and recruiting managers.
  • You will also be required to cover certain elements of payroll several times a year.

The job is based in London four days a week and one day a week(Friday) working from home.

Our office is a busy sales office and has a great atmosphere. It is a varied and enjoyable role. You will be managed by a very experienced office manager who will also train and mentor you.

Package:

  • 20k/25k
  • On target 10% bonus
  • Four days in office and Friday working from home. Nearest tube is Monument.
  • Hours 8.30/5.00
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
