Kforce has a client in Glendale, CA that is seeking a Customer Service Rep I. Summary: In this role, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems. They will be responsible for fulfilling and facilitating requests, troubleshooting problems and providing assistance to our customers in using our products which are websites, mobile apps for both Apple iPhone/iPad and Android, and USB/hard drives. The Customer Service representative will also maintain customer accounts in order to solidify existing customer relationships and improve retention while enhancing customer satisfaction.Job Requirements:
- 2 years of extensive Customer Service/Call Center experience and have the ability to work with a team in a fast-paced call center environment (inbound/ outbound)
- Must be able to articulate and possess excellent grammar/writing skills
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Outlook, Word) Windows and Macintosh operating systems to troubleshoot issues with web browsers, connectivity, downloads, software conflicts, error messages, etc.
