Trainee Education Recruitment Consultant - Liverpool

Location: Liverpool
Salary: £28,000-£30,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE £35,000-£42,000 Year 1)
Requirement: You must hold a full UK driving licence or have a driving test booked.

What You'll Do

Source and interview candidates for education roles
Market your candidates to schools across the North West
Support your team in building and maintaining client relationships
Work toward targets that reward hard work and consistencyOnce established, you'll manage your own schools, negotiate contracts, and earn commission on every placement.
