A rapidly expanding and well-established Training & Education provider that delivers funded training, apprenticeships and L&D solutions to organisations across the UK is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager due to continued growth. 

This role is suited to a commercially driven professional with experience selling services rather than products, who enjoys mapping markets, building networks and developing trusted client relationships.

Your responsibilities as Business Development Manager

Identify and map target sectors, regions and employers to generate new opportunities
Re-engage lapsed and inactive clients, rebuilding relationships and revenue streams
Build a consistent pipeline through networking, outreach and stakeholder engagement
Present funded training, apprenticeships and L&D solutions with clear commercial value
Manage and grow accounts to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery for clients
What we're looking for in a Business Development Manager

Previous experience in B2B business development, recruitment, or service-based sales
Proven ability to generate leads, build pipelines and close opportunities
Experience selling services or solutions rather than physical products
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including senior decision-makers
Ability to manage territory and workload independently within a hybrid setup
09:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday
