PR Account Director, Lancashire, Up to £50,000 DOEA fast-growing B2B Marketing and Communications agency is looking for an experienced commercially focused PR Account Director to help drive value for their impressive client portfolio.This is a brand-new role, created to strengthen their offering at a senior level. We’re looking for someone who can build strong relationships with clients and then create, shape and deliver effective communications and marketing strategies to generate amazing results for them.About youYou’ll be an experienced PR and comms professional – skilled in creating content and press releases and able to amplify stories through powerful media relations.You’ll be highly creative and able to lead ideation sessions with clients and transform ideas into effective marketing plans with purpose. You’ll then lead on the delivery of activities through effective delegation and briefing of other team members and freelancers.You’ll have a commercial outlook and be able to proactively seek out opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell to existing clients. You’ll also be comfortable working on new business and contribute to pitches.What you’ll needA strong marketing agency background with a focus on PR and content marketing. With experience working across technical B2B sectors. You’ll either be at Senior PR Account Manager or PR Account Director level.You’ll be a strong copywriter and comfortable creating content in all formats. From press releases to blogs, to white papers and awards submissions, this is a varied role.You’ll be commercially focused with experience in growing and developing business. You’ll enjoy building strong relationships with clients and adding value.You’ll be incredibly well-organised with the ability to project manage campaigns and deliver results.You’ll need a full UK driving license and access to a car to visit clientsWhat’s on offer
