A Day Coach (Support Worker) at SuperCare provides care, encouragement, and consistency to children with complex needs. No two days are the same - one moment you'll be supporting a child to dress, the next you'll be helping them express their choices with a picture exchange, or sitting alongside them as they calm after sensory overload. The role is about being steady, present, and kind, even when the day feels tough.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who brings warmth and energy first and skills second. You might have worked in care before, or maybe in education or SEN, but what matters is patience, resilience, and a willingness to learn. If you're reliable, compassionate, and open to training, you'll be a brilliant fit.
The young people in this home are incredibly active, with adults often topping 20k steps daily supporting them. Therefore you should be physically and mentally fit enough to support them.
