GCP Technical Application Support
My client, a large consultancy, is in need of a GCP Technical Application Support for a 6 month contract opportunity based in Manchester offering 2 days per week remote but requiring 3 days per week on-site.
As a Senior Service Specialist, you will be the go-to expert for complex service issues and escalations. They lead training sessions, contribute to service strategy, and manage high-priority service issues. This role emphasises strategic thinking, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to elevate overall service quality.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Ataccama, GCP.
