Cover Supervisor - North West London

£100 - £150 per day (PAYE)

Zest Education is currently recruiting passionate and reliable Cover Supervisors to support a range of secondary schools across North West London. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to gain valuable classroom experience or for those seeking flexible work in education.

About the Role:

Ad-hoc day-to-day cover as well as long-term positions available

* full time / part time applicants welcome to apply

*

Opportunities to work regularly at one or two schools from September 2025 onwards

*

Typical hours: 8:30 am - 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday

*

Work involves delivering pre-set lessons and maintaining classroom behaviour in the absence of the usual teacher

We're Looking For:

Individuals with prior experience in a school setting (desirable)

*

Those with transferable experience working with young people, such as youth work, coaching, tutoring, or mentoring (welcomed)

Confident communicators who can manage classroom behaviour effectively and positively

Reliable, adaptable and proactive candidates committed to supporting students' learning

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
