Job Description

We are looking to hire an Office Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization.


  • Manage records and information
  • Plan and maintain work facilities
  • Provide administrative assistance to management team
  • Processing Insurances and Billing information
  • Treatment Planning and Financial Coordinating
  • Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties, etc.)


  • Previous experience 5 years + in dental administrative services or other dental related fields

  • Dentrix Software Knowledgeable
  • Strong Communication skills and Personable
  • Friendly, Energetic and Positive Attitude
  • Associate's / Bachelor's Degree
  • Bilingual a plus but not necessary
