The Role - SEMH Teaching Assistant
As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting students across KS2-KS4 who require additional behavioural, emotional, and social support. Your role will involve working closely with class teachers and the SEN team to deliver tailored support plans and help manage challenging behaviour both in and out of the classroom. You must be adaptable, nurturing, and able to use positive behaviour management strategies effectively.
