About the Role: You'll play a key role in generating and converting new business opportunities across a wide range of commercial sectors. Backed by a skilled broking and support team, you'll have the tools and autonomy to win and grow your own book and be rewarded for it.
Key responsibilities include:
- Proactively sourcing and converting new commercial clients
- Identifying target sectors and building your own prospect pipeline
- Creating tailored insurance solutions that genuinely add value
- Leading client meetings and presentations
- Collaborating closely with the broking team to deliver fast, competitive terms
- Building long-term relationships to support ongoing growth and referrals
What You Bring: - A proven track record in new business development within commercial insurance
- Strong knowledge of cross - commercial products (Property, Liability, PI, Fleet, etc.)
- Confidence in networking, pitching, and closing deals
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a self-starter mindset
- Cert CII or DIP CII (or working toward) welcomed but not essential
