Is an experienced KS2 teacher who thrives in the classroom and beyond

Has successfully led a subject or area of school development (e.g., English, SEND, assessment)

Understands the unique challenges and rewards of mixed-age teaching

Brings a calm, positive presence and is committed to whole-child development

Is ready to take on leadership responsibilities, such as subject leadership, mentoring colleagues, or contributing to strategic planning
