I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a prestigious new build developer based in Cambridge who is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. This is a well-respected developer renowned for delivering bespoke, high-spec residential properties across the Cambridge region. Their projects range from luxury single-unit homes to small, high-end developments.

As Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the commercial management from pre-construction through to final accounts. You'll be working closely with a committed team of professionals who take pride in delivering standout homes.

As a Quantity Surveyor you will:

As a Quantity Surveyor you will be managing costs for residential developments from inception to completion.

As a Quantity Surveyor you will be managing procurement of subcontractors and materials.

As a Quantity Surveyor you will be preparing tender and contract documentation.

As a Quantity Surveyor you will be monitoring project progress and managing variations.

As a Quantity Surveyor you will be reporting on costs and profitability.

As a Quantity Surveyor you will have:

As a Quantity Surveyor you will have a minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor

As a Quantity Surveyor you will have a proven track record in residential new build projects

As a Quantity Surveyor you will have a Full UK driver's licence (travel to sites required)

As a Quantity Surveyor you will have a degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or related field (preffered, but not essential)

Salary up to £55,000
