CMI is currently hiring a full time position with a customer service & sales background for Communications Coordinator position. We have found that candidates working in retail, restaurant, hospitality, management, or customer service positions are very easy to train for our full-time Management

Coordinator position will specialize in areas of:

- Customer Retention

- Customer Acquisition

- Customer Renewal

- Coordination of all Communications and Training Materials

This position involves face to face consumer engagement.

This is an entry level coordinator position, which involves an element of sales and marketing. Those with previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or management are encouraged to apply - our compensation package is competitive! We cross train in all aspects of our business in order to set up our Communications Coordinator for success!

The Marketing Communications Coordinator will be provided leads, territory, and other materials when conducting their day to day duties. You will be helping to coordinate, manage and direct all communications throughout the sales and marketing pipeline. Because of the nature and innovation of our client base, we are on a constant learning curve with the newest technologies creating a constant need for clear and concise communications throughout the organization.

Job Requirements

We are willing to train and develop you into a full management position with the right results! Although we value prior experience, we are confident in our training process that we can organically develop entry level sales and marketing representatives to grow into higher management roles. Applicants may apply without management, sales, marketing, or customer service experience

For those with prior experience, candidates with experience in management, retail management, account management, sales management, marketing management, client management, product management, team leadership, or other management fields, will be given priority.
