Hours: 5 days out of 7, 8:00am – 4:00pm

Are you a hands-on housekeeping professional with a passion for excellence and an eye for detail? Our client is looking for a Housekeeper Supervisor to take the lead in delivering exceptional cleanliness standards while inspiring and guiding a dedicated team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading from the front—working alongside your team to deliver outstanding results every day
• Supervising and coordinating daily housekeeping operations
• Ensuring guest rooms and public areas are consistently maintained to the highest standards
• Managing staff rotas and allocating tasks across a 5/7 day schedule
• Training, supporting, and motivating a team of casual housekeeping staff
• Carrying out regular quality inspections to maintain excellence
• Managing stock levels, ordering supplies, and keeping within budget
• Upholding health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
• Reporting maintenance issues and working closely with other departments
• Building strong communication with reception and management teams

What We’re Looking For

• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel, school, or similar environment
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high standards
• Confidence in managing and motivating a team
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and health & safety practices
• A flexible, reliable approach to working 5 days out of 7
