Job title: CNC Turner

Role Type: Full- time permanent role, with a variety of shift options to select from (days & lates or pm)

Location & Hours: Yeovil 37 hours per week

As a CNC Turner at Honeywell, in Yeovil, you will be responsible for the manufacturing of cutting-edge aerospace components to relevant technical drawings. This includes a wide variety of parts, so work is varied and interesting.

Key responsibilities:

* Turning to tight aerospace tolerances

* OCQ - Operator Control of Quality

* To achieve on time delivery by ensuring work is completed on time and to the required standard

* Interpreting engineering drawings, following the process layout and documentation procedures

Key skills and qualifications:

* CNC turning experience

* Experience of working on the systems Fanuc OR Mazatrol

* Knowledge of hand measuring equipment such as Vernier, Micrometer, thread, air gauges and plug gauges

* High standard of Health & Safety and housekeeping

* Solid verbal communication skills in English
