What will I be doing?

As a Kitchen Manager, you are responsible for managing and training thekitchen team to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A KitchenManager will also be required to manage food cost controls. Specifically, youwill be responsible for performing the following tasks to the higheststandards:

•        Manage and train the kitchen brigade effectively to ensure awell-organised and motivated team

•        Manage stock, food cost, ordering and overall revenue and budgets

•        Manage department payroll and recruitment

•        Ensure consistency in quality of dishes at all times

•        Ensure compliance with food hygiene, Health and Safety, and stockprocedures

•        Ensure resources meet business needs through the effective management ofworking rotas

•        Support brand standards through the training and assessment of your team

•        Report into the Food and Beverage Manager

 What are we looking for?

A Kitchen Manager serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf ofour Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role,you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

•        Relevant experience and qualifications for this role (ideally Sous chefor Head chef experience)

•        Strong supervisory skills

•        Ability to work under pressure

•        Ability to work on own or in teams

•        Passion for producing high quality food

•        Positive attitude and work ethic

•        Proficiency with computers and computer programs, including MicrosoftWord, Excel and Outlook
