* Plan and arrange import full-load deliveries

* Coordinate closely with internal Customs teams

* Provide customer service and general administrative support

* Manage import bookings and input data into internal systems

* Liaise directly with customers on shipment progress and requirements

* Support the wider team with daily operational and administrative tasks

Skills Required:

* Confident, approachable, and professional communication skills

* Import/Export experience (Desirable)

* Strong organisational abilities and excellent attention to detail

* Effective decision-making skills with the ability to prioritise and adapt in fast-paced situations
