Salary: Up to £48,000 (inclusive)

Exciting opportunities are available for aSister (RN)to join their experienced and dynamic team.
As a Sister (RN) you will lead the team of clinical and non-clinical personnel by providing the highest standards of care, safety and service to patients, relatives, and other customers. You will use your current experience and expertise to assess patients' health and wellbeing across a complex and changing caseload and assist in the delivery of care of individuals.
This is a fantastic opportunity to build upon your current clinical and managerial skill; as a Sister (RN) you will be working alongside leading consultants and specialists, forming a dedicated team that are passionate about healthcare. You will also provide and receive complex, sensitive, or contentious information.
Positions are full time (37.5 hours per week) which includes weekends currently (rota), although part time hours may also be considered. Informal discussions are welcomed if you would like some further information.
Person Specification: To succeed as a Sister (RN) you will need:
- To be NMC registered - your PIN should not have any restrictions or conditions.
- Extensive experience in an acute surgical ward setting
- Previous management experience
- Compassionate and able to showcase excellent patient care with strong communication skills.
