Are you a passionate Engineer with a specialism in Automation and Controls looking for a new challenge in an exceptional company? if the answer is yes, I can help….  

I am working with an exceptional business who currently are looking to expand their technical team by bringing in an experienced Controls and Automation engineer 

What you will be doing:

Designing and commissioning of software and associated hardware on new equipment or updating on existing automated machinery
Testing of machine safety and related control systems
Modifying machine control elements in safety, electrical design and communication protocols
Creating and modifying automated software sequences
Designing the controls, electrical and safety associated with the production facility
Working together with installation teams/contractors to ensure installation of new assets are in and working on time Skills Experience

It's expected that the successful individual will be educated to a suitable level, either degree qualified or to HNC level 4
You must be able to show a good level of experience working successfully as a Controls and Automation Engineer
Have a good understanding of Electrical, Automation and fluid power systems
Comprehensive experience of working with Siemens S7 / Siemens Simatic manager
