We are seeking an Electrician to work in social housing properties. This is a Temporary to Permanent position. The role involves diagnosing faults and carrying out responsive repairs in tenanted properties.

What the successful Electrician can expect:

• Replacing miniature circuit breakers (MCBs), performing small electrical repairs, switches, re‑certification, issuing certificates for all completed works, testing, and rewiring
• Working from daily job tickets or via a handheld device

The ideal Electrician will have:
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification
• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation
• City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing)
• AM2 (Achievement Measurement 2) - desirable

• Salary: £41,000-£42,000 (permanent) • £26-£27/hour (temporary)
