A leading defence engineering organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Manufacturing Engineer to support NPI, prototype build, and full-rate production across high-profile programmes.

Key focus areas:

Lean manufacturing & continuous improvement

NPI from concept to production release

CNC manufacturing (5-axis) & process optimisation

Workshop, production line & facility setup

Manufacturing BOMs, routings & BoEs

Tooling, fixturing & capital equipment planningRequirements:

Strong manufacturing engineering background in regulated environments

Proven Lean & NPI experience

5-axis CNC knowledge (HyperMill preferred)

ERP/MRP experience (SAP or similar)

SC Cleared
