Sales Consultant - 2 Years Experience Required - Basingstoke - Permanent Role.

Salary: £30,000 (OTE £40,000)

Silver Arrow require an experienced Sales Consultant to work for a leading removals company based in the Basingstoke area.

Your Role:

• Driving territory growth and building strong client relationships through consultative sales

• Carry out customer surveys via phone, video, self-survey, and in person
• Prepare accurate quotations and costings
• Manage enquiries, quotes, and follow-ups through the CRM system
• Maximise margin through pricing, insurance, and added services
• Identify customer needs, pricing expectations, and conversion opportunities
• Achieve agreed KPIs, including conversion and revenue targets
• Work closely with operations to ensure smooth move delivery

What we need from you:

• Proven sales experience, ideally within removals, relocation's, kitchen design, flooring sales or a similar background
• Car driving licence
• Confident relationship builder with a commercial mindset
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills
• Well-organised with good attention to detail
• Comfortable working both office based and in the field
