Position: Registered Children's Care Home Manager / Senior Manager

Hours: 37.5 - Monday - Friday

On behalf of a leading organisation, CureYourSearch are looking for a Registered Manager to oversee multiple, small residential homes for children with a range of learning disabilities.
As Registered Manager; this role will be have more ethasis on strategies, operations and compliance due to the amount of support underneath you, with a team of deputy managers and house managers running the day to day operations within the care homes.
This is a great opportunity for a strong registered manager looking to gain more skills in the operational element of running a care home whilst still being responsible for driving standards to outstanding with Ofsted.

Location of the Registered Children's Home Manager role:
The office can be accessible from Salford, Moston, Harpurhey, Prestwich, Bury, Whitefield, Monton, Manchester, Didsbury, Offerton, Cheadle, Stockport, Marple, Chorlton, Northenden, Fallowfield, Bredbury, Tameside and surrounding areas .

The Registered Children's Home Manager
- Must have up to date knowledge of Ofsted regulations
- Must have management experience in a care home
- Must have experience of working with learning disabilities
- Must be passionate about person centred care
- Must have good communication skills
