About the Company

We are a leading supplier of metal products and raw materials, with a strong presence across the UK and a reputation for quality, reliability, and customer service. As part of our continued growth, we are launching a brand-new 45,000 sq ft facility in Basingstoke, which will significantly expand our capabilities across the South of England.

The Role

We're looking for an ambitious and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team at an exciting time of investment and growth. This is a varied, commercially focused role combining key account management, business development, and supply chain coordination.

You'll play a pivotal role in the success of our new site, being the first point of contact for new and existing customers located across the south of the UK. Through strong inter-personal skills, you'll develop long term relationships with suppliers and customers across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and develop relationships with key customers, ensuring excellent service and long-term growth.

* Identify and secure new business opportunities in the region.

* Coordinate with internal teams to manage customer supply chains and ensure efficient delivery.

* Support the successful launch and ongoing operations of the new Basingstoke facility.

* Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market insights for senior management.

* Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions.

What We're Looking For

* Experience in metal stockholding, engineering supplies, or the sale of manufactured products is highly desirable.

* Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of building strong customer relationships.

* Commercial awareness and the ability to identify growth opportunities.

* Strong communication and negotiation skills.

* A proactive, self-motivated approach with a willingness to travel.
