Salary: MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance (dependent on experience)

About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic, resilient, and nurturing teachers to join our team from September 2025. Our school provides a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for pupils aged 5-16 with a wide range of needs, including autism spectrum conditions (ASC), speech and language difficulties, and moderate learning difficulties.

As an SEN Teacher, you will:

Plan and deliver tailored lessons that meet individual learning needs.

Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and families.

Create a positive, supportive classroom environment that promotes engagement and achievement.

*

Use creative and flexible approaches to learning to inspire and motivate pupils.

What We're Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent)

*

Experience working in SEN settings or a strong interest in SEN education

*

Excellent communication and behaviour management skills

*

A compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach

A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
