We are looking for an experienced housekeeper to work for a single principal in St John’s Wood. The client is in residence for 3–4 months of the year, and the property must be maintained to an impeccable standard year-round. The role is 30 hours per week, with longer hours required when the client is in residence.

The ideal candidate will be a top-level housekeeper, confident working independently and able to collaborate with a part-time housekeeper when needed. High standards, excellent attention to detail, and experience caring for fine finishes and delicate fabrics are essential.

Responsibilities include:

• General cleaning and household upkeep

• Laundry, ironing, and wardrobe care

• Wardrobe management and valet duties

• Light service at mealtimes

• Careful storage and upkeep of cleaning supplies and equipment

• Reporting maintenance issues and assisting with ad hoc tasks as required

We are seeking someone who is professional, presentable, discreet, knowledgeable, and friendly, with a “low footprint” approach. Some travel to UK or overseas residences will be required.

Days/hours: Mostly Monday to Friday, 9am–3pm or 7am - 1pm with flexibility when the client is in residence.

Salary: £50k GPA

Start: ASAP (willing to consider candidates with up to 1 month’s notice)
