Job Opportunity:

An opportunity has arisen for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance / Fabric Operative with good experience to work throughout the South of Wales covering Newport, Cardiff and Swansea on various commercial contracts and project work.

The successful individuals will need to have experience working on own initiative, completing all aspects of building maintenance and general repairs to a high standard.

Requirements:

Excellent knowledge and experience

Problem solving providing solutions is essential

Willing to work as an individual and as part of a team

Have excellent communication skills

Basic experience of other trades is desirable.

Have a positive attitude

Must hold a full UK driving license

Participation on an on-call rota

NVQ/City & Guilds in Carpentry

Carpentry/Joinery: 5 years (required)

Enhanced DBS will be required

Annual Salary:

30,000-£34,500 (Depending on experience)
