Join our high-performing team as an Associate Director (SVP) to lead the evaluation, structuring, analysis, execution and funding of transactions in the UK and across Europe.
Our Energy, Renewables and Sustainability team focusses on providing clients with tailored solutions which enable them to more efficiently run and grow their businesses. Our expertise encompasses utility assets (including smart meters, batteries and distributed generation) and mobility solutions (including EVs, charging infrastructure and scalable hydrogen technologies).
As a senior member of our Structuring & Execution Team you will be responsible for delivering transactions and projects across the full investment spectrum, from asset finance and loans to structured facilities and equity investments for a variety of clients ranging from small to medium enterprises to large listed clients, government bodies and financial sponsors.
For this role you will be involved in numerous areas including:
- leading and driving commercial negotiations for transactions
- prioritising, project managing and executing profitable business opportunities
- management of the funding, interest rate risk and capital positions for the business
- investments modelling and capital returns analytics
- coaching and mentoring junior staff
Your strong communication skills, both written and verbal, will allow you to communicate complex issues clearly and effectively with a wide variety of audiences including senior management, clients and other external stakeholders.
Highly numerate with a strong commercial mindset you will have outstanding financial modelling and problem-solving skills and the ability to solve complex abstract problems whilst demonstrating an excellent eye for detail.
We are looking for demonstrable experience in a treasury, project finance, corporate finance or structuring role. This could come from a regulated bank, a management consulting firm, an infrastructure fund, private equity or corporate advisory.
