About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and confident Cover Supervisor to work in a mainstream secondary school in Wednesbury. Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring students remain on task with pre-set work.

* Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.

* Provide support to students where required, ensuring a positive learning environment.

* Report back to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour.

* Uphold school policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

* Previous experience working with young people (education, coaching, youth work or similar).

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.

* A proactive and flexible approach to work.

* A degree or relevant qualification is desirable but not essential.
