Our client is looking for a highly organised, proactive, and confident Executive Assistant to support a dynamic Executive Director. This role is vital to the smooth running of the leadership function, requiring strategic insight, strong communication, and a high degree of discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic and administrative support to the Executive Director across all aspects of their role
  • Manage workflows, priorities, and projects to help deliver the organisation's goals
  • Liaise with senior stakeholders, Board Members, and cross-functional teams
  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and undertake in-depth background research
  • Lead and manage key projects on behalf of the Executive Director and Executive Board
  • Handle internal and external communications, including screening inquiries and complaints
  • Coordinate and minute key meetings; ensure the Executive Director is thoroughly prepared
  • Support budget planning, expense reconciliation, and other financial admin tasks
  • Contribute to policy development and review, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
  • Act as an internal liaison, promoting cross-team collaboration and operational efficiency
  • Support risk management and ensure best practices in value-for-money initiatives
  • Onboard new senior leaders and assist their integration into the team
