Site Manager - Commercial Refurbishment (Day Shift Contract)

🕐 Working Hours: Day Shifts (Monday-Friday)

We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Site Manager to oversee a fast-paced commercial refurbishment project in West Lothian, starting Monday, 7th July 2025, for a 7-week contract.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all on-site operations for a live refurbishment project

*

Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard

*

Maintain excellent site organisation and ensure compliance with H&S regulations

*

Act as the main point of contact for clients and the wider project team

Requirements:

*

SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)

*

First Aid at Work certification

*

Proven experience managing commercial refurbishment projects

*

Able to work autonomously with a hands-on, proactive approach to leadership

*

Strong communication and organisational skills

*

Non-working role - purely management and supervision focused
